We believe in the power of opera as an educational tool and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, explore and discover the world of opera.

Kentucky Opera offers exceptional educational opportunities for students of all ages. Programs offered include the School Touring Program, Final Dress Rehearsal for Students, Opera Bound, Composer Workshop, Opera Previews and more. 

Statistics show that students involved in fine arts programs:

• Score higher on verbal and math portions of tests
  Have improved cognitive and language skills
  Increase their potential for self-discovery
